Book Character Dress Up

Today was a book character dress up at school. Wow! I was so impressed with everyone's costumes. Instead of the usual Room 4 kids we had Elsa from Frozen, Little Red Riding Hood, a minion, Star Wars characters, Judy Hopps, Captain America and many more! Check out our crazy looking class in all their costumes.

Digi Awards

Room 4 have been busy getting their Digi Award entries ready over the past few weeks. I was so impressed that everyone entered a photo and photo story. Well done! All the entries are on display in the library. Come and check them out!

PJ and Movie Day

In the last week of term we reached the first level of our Marble Jar so we got to have a class treat. We decided to have a PJ and movie day. It was so fun coming to school in our pyjamas!

I hope everyone has had a super holiday and looking forward to coming back to school on Monday!

Wizard's Brew

This week we did some exciting science in Room 4 and created some Wizard's Brew! It was so fun mixing all the ingredients together then watching it bubble and foam everywhere. We could also explain why it happened because we are such clever scientists! Check out the photos of our Wizard's Brew and some super descriptive and scientific writing about it too!

Marvellous Music

Every Thursday we have music with Mrs Gribble. We are learning about beat and rhythm. Our favourite activity is to play the drums, we even got to use drumsticks last week! Check out some photos of us having fun at music.

Pic Collage Feelings

For Te Reo this term, we have been learning about feelings. We decided to combine our knowledge of Te Reo and the iPad app - Pic Collage to create a collage of some of the feelings we have learned about. We had to use at least 4 feelings, write the Te Reo words and work as part of a team. Check out some of the creations!
