Happy Father's Day!
Last week we wrote descriptions about our dads for Father's Day. It was great to read all the lovely things people had written about their dads. Here is a selection of our stories. All the rest are up in our classroom to read!

PMP
This week we started doing PMP on a Thursday. PMP is a Perceptual Motor Programme that helps us with our fitness, balance, locomotion, hand/eye and hand/foot coordination and eye tracking. We have to do a range of activities in groups. Room 4 have a responsible job because we are the leaders and look after the other students in our group. We really enjoy doing PMP!

Dancing Raisins
This week we did a fun science experiment with some raisins and lemonade. We had to put the raisins into a glass of lemonade and then ... the raisins started to dance! Why did they do that? Well we discovered that the lemonade had carbon dioxide in it and the raisins attached themselves to the bubbles of carbon dioxide. When there was enough bubbles they floated up to the surface of the glass then the bubbles popped and they sunk again. After we had done the experiment we made a Pic Collage in our groups.

Plays!
Last week two of Room 4's reading groups had a play for their reading. After practising all week, they performed their play on Friday for the rest of the class. We enjoyed how everyone got into character, the expressive voices they used and how they all worked together as a team!
What did you enjoy about the plays?
